Colchester Family Medicine is a growing family medicine practice located at 123 Broadway in Colchester Connecticut. We focus on treating patients as an entire person rather than the symptoms, building long lasting relationships, and providing the highest quality of care. Our experienced health professionals provide services that can lead to good health at any age.

We serve the medical needs of the residents mostly within a 25 miles radius, including Colchester, Hebron, Amston, Marlborough, Lebanon, Oakdale, Salem, and Norwich. Based upon our strong reputation, we also have patients coming from East Hampton, Plainfield, Columbia, Mansfield/Storrs, Griswold, Groton and Mystic.

In order to give the best and most personalized care, a limited number of patients are seen each day. If your concern is urgent, you will be provided same day care.
